6. My package is marked as delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?
If you have chosen delivery against signature: contact our after-sales service via the contact form so that we can make a complaint to the post office and send you a proof of signature mentioning the person who received the package. Tip: Check with your concierge or neighbours. If you have chosen delivery without signature: unfortunately, no complaint to the carrier is possible, as the package is considered delivered.
