1. Why doesn't free shipping work ?

Delivery is free from 65€ purchase for Belgium, 100€ for Europe and 300€ for the world. Free delivery applies to step 4 of the payment process.

3. Where is my package ? 

Once the order is shipped, a tracking link is sent by email. You will also receive an e-mail from the carrier with your tracking number and the different stages of delivery.


5. How long does it take to deliver a package ?

Once the order has been validated, the preparation time is estimated at between 24* and 72 hours (during busy periods). Orders placed before 8:00 am are shipped the same day.* We invite you to consult the delivery page to know the delivery times according to the country. 6. My package is marked as delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?

If you have chosen delivery against signature: contact our after-sales service via the contact form so that we can make a complaint to the post office and send you a proof of signature mentioning the person who received the package. Tip: Check with your concierge or neighbours. If you have chosen delivery without signature: unfortunately, no complaint to the carrier is possible, as the package is considered delivered.
